For today, i got 4 case that need to settle.

1st case : To download MSOffice for one of the user.
2nd case : To check user's notebook and find the error and fix it.
3rd case : Delivering new monitor and CPU for the other department.
4th case : Setup a software for the user.

I have completed all the task given to me today.
